Industrial conflict appears to be a major problem hindering development in developing countries general. It has been established that industrial disputes cause economic losses organizations and poor relationship among employees employers. Although an organization is inevitable, it should understood between employers must reduced through mutually agreed mechanisms reasonable level enable creativity performance of the at large. This paper focuses on reviewing effect collective bargaining management. The existing literature bargaining, joint consultation, grievance handling, dispute management was also examined. study objectives further establish how handling mechanism influence organization.
